Returns
At Sakks Menswear, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return an item, you can do so within 14 days of your purchase. If 14 days have gone since your purchase, we are unfortunately unable to offer you a refund or exchange.
Please ensure that all items returned are:
Unworn
In their original packaging
With tags attached
We do not accept returns on Underwear.
Perfumes may be returned, as long as the Sakks seal has not be broken.

Exchanges
For exchanges, we only exchange defective or damaged items. If you need to exchange for the same item, simply reach out to us at sakksmenswear@outlook.com or call our store (023 80637892), and our team will assist you.
Return Shipping
To return your product, you should mail your product to: Sakks Menswear, Shamrock Quay, Southampton, Hampshire, SO14 5QL.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over £50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Alternatively, you can return your purchase to our store, where we will happily arrange a refund or exchange.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s), we’ll notify you about the status of your refund. If approved, a refund (excluding shipping costs) will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow time for your card issuer to process the refunds.
